Have you got a method for coping you would like to share? By adding your ways of coping to this archive you are supporting others and normalising conversations about mental health and wellness.  


You can share whatever is important to you. Perhaps its something that has helped you through a difficult time or something you think would help others. Your method will be shared anonymously in writing on the project website and Instagram, and will become a monthly strategy for coping on the phoneline. Now take a breath, it's your turn to share.
